Stained sheets in cockroach motel

Too many cockroaches. No towels or soap. They claim that residential stay doesn't provide towels. Later the attender told us that the laundry was delayed. Stained sheets. AC control did not work. Not sure if the images shown here is from this hotel???

To visit thirunallar we have stayed here. Average complimentary breakfast is not up to the mark. Service is ok. No enough parking area. Driver rest room is cumbersome. Other type of food and coffee n tea are good.

Saying it was terrible is an understatement. staff were worse than the horrible condition of the rooms. rooms were dirty, bed sheets, pillow covers were filthy, toilet was horrible. overall service was the worst i have seen ever. staff even openly fought in front of the guests. We paid in advance for 3 days in makemytrip but just abandoned our stay in the middle given how bad the room and service was.

More attention needs to be given for the cleanliness of the bathrooms and the rooms. Ok for an overnight stay while in transit. The toilets were smelly and had lizards running. The saving grace was the good service by the room service. Food was average too.
